“Fitness has always been a passion of mine and it seemed only natural to become a personal trainer”
I started Muay Thai 8 years ago after a friend suggested I give it a try. I had been stuck in a rut with my training, jumping from one CV machine to the other and found that the only thing I was getting was MORE tired!
Since catching the Muay Thai bug, I have competed both locally and, in the UK, and trained a long side some of the best in the world.
Muay Thai wasn’t my first encounter with contact sports; I started playing rugby in secondary school, and continued on to university where I maintained my first team position as fullback for the duration of my time there.
These days I am a busy mum of three, and I have complete and utter empathy, compassion and admiration for anyone trying to balance kids, fitness, a social life and work responsibilities!
Fitness has always been a passion of mine and it seemed only natural to become a personal trainer so that I can share my love of exercise and Muay Thai with others.
