Here at Blood Fitness we really like to break things down and get deep into the how and why’s! 

In this clip we break down the push kick and how you can use it like a jab, creating space and setting up the knockout shot!

Mondays 6.30-7.30pm 🌟Footwork 
Footwork drills help fighters move quickly and efficiently in any direction. This agility is crucial for both offensive and defensive maneuvers, allowing you to close the distance to attack or retreat to avoid strikes.

Wednesday 6.30-8pm 🌟Technical 
Technical Muay Thai classes focus on refining the finer aspects of Muay Thai, emphasizing technique, precision, strategy, and understanding the art’s underlying principles. Unlike conditioning sessions that might focus on endurance or raw power, technical classes aim to improve a practitioner’s skill set and tactical understanding of the sport.

Thursday 7.00-8pm 🌟Pads and Bag-work 
Focus on building striking power, accuracy, endurance, and technique through intensive, repetitive drills using pads and heavy bags.

Our new equipment is arriving at the end of this week, but in order to install it all we will sadly need to close the gym for Friday and Saturday to avoid any disruption to our members. 

Early morning classes on Friday will still take place, but the gym will close after these and reopen on Sunday morning to a flurry of excitement no doubt! We apologise but assure you it will be worth the wait. It’s about to get very sweaty at Blood! 🤛💪
