Muay Thai classes for all ages including Mini Muay Thai, Tweens Muay Thai plus a range adult classes for all skill levels.

We offer a range of Kick Boxing Classes for all age categories and skill levels.
TWEENS MUAY THAI
Our Muay Thai Classes for ages 12 – 15 years
KIDS MUAY THAI
Our Muay Thai classes for children aged 6 to 11 years.
PILATES CLASSES
We have a range of pilates classes for you to choose from. Book your Pilates classes using the Blood Fitness App.

PERSONAL TRAINING
If you want to take your fitness to the next level, Blood Fitness have a team of friendly and highly skilled Personal Trainers who can help you.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Use our facilities to train as much as you want and take advantage of our in house personal trainers to get your strength and conditioning to the level you are wanting to achieve.
CROSSFIT READY
Our facilities offer you everything you need to get cross fit ready, including a fully kitted out gym and a range of fitness studios that can be utilised for almost any activity.

The Blood Fitness Centre have a top of the range training facility that offers a range of Martial Arts, Pilates and Yoga classes along with a top quality gym for you to use. Our team include the islands best instructors who will help you achieve your goals and take you to the next level. Personal Training sessions are also available if you prefer that one to one training experience to drive your fitness and ability to the next level.

Blood fitness is open 7 days a week. Facility opening hours are listed at the bottom of our website. Up to date class times are all listed on the Blood Fitness app which can be downloaded via our membership page on this website. You can only book classes using the Blood Fitness app.
