In addition to our busy class schedule our Blood Fitness PT’s are on hand to work individually with clients ensuring you get 100% from every session. All of our trainers are incredibly passionate about their careers, always seeking ways to improve their clients experiences. We offer a veriety of sessions, with a range of trainers and booking is easy. Simply download the app, pick your trainer, select your training duration, date and time and your done, appointment booked. No more e-mails flying back and forth just an easy way to select the right training times for you.
2-1 Sessions (train with a friend)
All of our sessions can be gym based, Muay Thai based (for those who might like to release a little stress whilst burning the Kcals!), strength or HIIT based. Can’t decide, like the variety? Dont worry we’re happy to mix it up and give you the benenfit of all styles!
