If you’re a beginner, we’ve got some handy tips for you:

🏋️‍♂️Start with a weight you can lift comfortably 12 to 15 times
🏋️‍♀️Remember to stretch to warm your muscles 
🏋️‍♂️Breathe! It can be easy to hold your breath while lifting
🏋️‍♀️Balance is key, keep your core strong
🏋️‍♂️Rest. It’s important to cool down between sets
