OUR CLASSES

Our classes run every week and are open to everyone. You don’t need to be a Muay Thai fighter, or even be super fit (that’s what we’re here for), we are blessed to have a great mix of all abilities in our classes and every class is fitness based and tailored to be suitable for all. So , download our app, and book a class, we are so confident in our ability to make fitness fun and challenging that if you don’t have the time of your life we’ll refund you the cost of that class.

Mini Muay Thai Class (Age 5-8)

Every Monday - 4.30pm – 5.00pm

Every Wednesday - 4.30pm – 5.00pm

Theses classes are suitable for ages 5-8 only. We aim to teach self defence, discipline, team work and Muay Thai techniques in a fun and rewarding enviroment.

All of our children's coaches are DBS cleared and partial to being big kid's themselves making for lot's of fun!

Tween's Muay Thai Class (Age 9-12)

Every Monday - 5.00pm – 5.30pm

Every Wednesday- 5:00pm – 5:30pm

 

Our Tween classes are pitched at pre-teenage levels suitable for ages 9+ they are a little more technical than the Mini Muay Thai and allow for a broarder range of teaching and skill to complement the older age group. We aim to teach self defence, discipline, team work and Muay Thai techniques in a fun and engaging enviroment.

 

Particularly good for siblings - bring them in, we'll let them battle it out in the ring....

Anyone 13 or over is able to take part in our evening adult classes

Muay Thai - Intermediate / Advanced / Fighter Classes

Our Fighter classes run 4 x a week and open to those who have some previous training in Muay Thai and technique and wish to further develop. This class uses Muay Thai training to increase your fitness whilst focusing on improving your technique and ability.

Every class is run by Michael Blood, owner of blood fitness, qualified personal trainer and one of the most patient and energetic instructors in Jersey!
